The Armorgard TKD1 TrekDror™ is a compact, lockable drawer system designed to provide secure tool storage within vans and tight spaces. Engineered for strength and convenience, it offers a robust solution for tradespeople looking to protect tools while optimising storage in their vehicle.
Constructed from powder-coated 1.5mm steel and finished in Armorgard's signature black grey (RAL 7021) and traffic red (RAL 3020), the TKD1 features two keyed-alike 5-lever deadlocks to keep your tools secure on the move. Despite its lightweight 44kg frame, the drawer supports a 120kg uniform distributed load internally and can hold up to 1000kg on top—making it ideal for stacking.
The drawer extends to nearly 80% of its depth for easy access and is fully removable, allowing for flexible organisation and maintenance. Its low-profile design (490x1105x300mm) makes it ideal for underseat or floor mounting in commercial vehicles. Optional accessories such as dividers, stack kits, and rubber mats are available to customise the unit for your workflow.
