Any product with the prefix ‘ZZ’ is a special order item and once your order is placed, it is non-returnable and non-refundable. Please check suitability before ordering
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain items, such as custom or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for return. Please contact us for more details.
Due to cost and the time taken to process returns, returns charges will be subject to location and order value
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Any items missing from your order (shortages) must be reported within 3 working days of the order being delivered
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your item unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that we are unable to monitor tracking for every delivery so the responsibility for ensuring your order has been received is that of the customer. If an order is missing, this needs to be reported within 7 days of delivery date
