Restraint Strap Bends are designed for securing roof trusses, wall plates, and joists to masonry walls to provide effective horizontal and vertical restraint in line with UK Building Regulations. Available in both heavy duty (HD) and light duty (LD) formats, these straps are manufactured from high-quality galvanised steel with precision-punched holes for easy installation.

The straps feature a 100mm or 150mm bend, making them ideal for applications that require offset fixing or additional flexibility around structural elements. Multi-holed at 25mm offset centres, they allow for versatile positioning while ensuring robust and reliable restraint.

Heavy duty variants are typically used for horizontal applications such as tying timber floors or roof structures into masonry walls, while light duty versions are more suitable for vertical applications like securing wall plates. All products are available in a range of lengths to suit the requirements of your project, and comply with current British Standards.
