Universal Rubber Lined Pipe Clips for Secure & Quiet Fixing
These BSI Pipe Clips (M8-M10) offer a robust and versatile solution for mounting pipes to walls or ceilings in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. Made from electro-zinc plated steel for corrosion protection, each clip is fitted with a durable EPDM rubber lining that helps reduce vibration and suppresses noise by up to 17 dB(A), according to ISO 3822-1 standards.
The two-part bracket design includes anti-loss rings on both bolts and features a slotted and cross head screw for easy tightening. Reinforced with groove detailing, the bracket maintains its shape and strength under load. A safety margin ensures a breaking load (V) rating of 3, providing peace of mind in demanding installations.
These pipe clips are halogen-free and suitable for use across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +120°C. Compatible with pipe sizes according to DIN 2448 and DIN EN 1057, they are the ideal fixing accessory for plumbing, heating, ventilation, and other mechanical systems requiring noise dampening and secure support.
