Product Description
Real-Time Concrete Temperature and Strength Monitoring
The Maturix® Nova is an embeddable, wireless sensor for monitoring the temperature, maturity, and strength of concrete structures. Engineered for ease of use and accuracy, it offers real-time insights during curing, helping reduce the reliance on concrete specimens and enabling faster formwork removal by up to 30–50%.
With two integrated monitoring points—one in the device body and one via the 0.5m cable—the Nova captures data at multiple depths. It automatically begins recording every 15 minutes once the cable is removed, storing data internally for up to 150 days. All data is retrievable using the free Maturix® mobile app for Android and iOS, and can be shared instantly with teams and stakeholders.
Designed with durability in mind, the Nova features a robust plastic body protected by a rubberised TPU shell and includes three secure mounting points for easy rebar installation. Its low-energy Bluetooth transmission provides a reliable range of up to 50m in open air, and 5–10cm through concrete, ensuring reliable access to critical data throughout the pour and curing process.
