100x250mm Galvanised Masonry Hanger for Timber Joists
The 100x250mm Masonry Hanger is designed to provide a secure and compliant solution for fixing timber joists into brick or block walls. Constructed from 2.0mm thick pre-galvanised steel to BS EN 10346 (S280), this heavy-duty build-in hanger is ideal for structural timber applications such as floor joists, ceiling frameworks and decking supports.
For hanger depths of 150mm and above, the product is manufactured 10mm short to accommodate joist notching and regularisation—meaning this hanger has an internal depth of 240mm. A wide 75mm bearing surface ensures excellent load support, while pre-punched side gussets provide fixing points for 30 x 3.75mm sheradised square twist nails.
This hanger is CE and UKCA certified and complies with BS EN 845-1, making it a reliable and regulation-approved solution for builders and contractors working on structural masonry projects.
